Support Technician

The Support Technician provides help desk support over a variety of software applications to AIA Franchise Owners and Sales Affiliates and internal staff. The Support Technician will be responsible for setting up users and computers, handling daily support requests from internal and external users as well as assist with larger Business Technology (BT) projects.

General Manager – OfficeZilla Brand

The General Manager (“GM”) of the OfficeZilla brand is a talented leader with significant operational and sales experience in the business products industry, specifically working with independent dealers.

The GM will be responsible for growing the number of OfficeZilla dealer affiliates, leading the day to day operations of the OfficeZilla brand, building and leveraging industry partnerships, increasing OfficeZilla brand awareness, and meeting the OfficeZilla brand’s financial objectives.  

The OfficeZilla Operations Manager and Service Delivery team will report directly to the GM while Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Accounting and Supplier Relations for the OfficeZilla brand will be provided by AIA’s shared services but will have a “dotted line” accountability to the GM.

The GM reports to the CEO and is a member of the AIA Leadership Team.

Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist supports the Account Coordinators on the Service Delivery team by maintaining the order to cash cycle by completing daily billing and working through the unbilled orders reports. The Billing Specialist will not be an external facing role and will work with members of the Service Delivery team by completing all business owner billing each day.

Collections Coordinator

The Collections Coordinator identifies non-compliant activity, minimizes financial exposure with risk to AIA and manages receivables to provide a consistent cash flow for AIA’s Franchise Owners and Sales Affiliates.

Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate will facilitate all of AIA’s accounts receivable daily functions. The position’s main responsibilities are to provide efficient and accurate processing of AR tasks, customer service, research and execution of journal entries with
attention to necessary detail and deadlines.
