Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist supports the Account Coordinators on the Service Delivery team by maintaining the order to cash cycle by completing daily billing and working through the unbilled orders reports. The Billing Specialist will not be an external facing role and will work with members of the Service Delivery team by completing all business owner billing each day.

Marketing Communications Strategist
The Marketing Communications Strategist manages all AIA and Distributor | Dealer related email marketing automation including development in creative, A/B testing criteria and reporting, third party email management (creative agencies, ASI), and web integrations with Experience AIA Marketing Program and all other cloud based software AIA owns and manages.  This role also has responsibility for development (including creative writing and design), tracking and reporting for campaign tracking and engagement as well as Google Analytics for all Distributor and Dealer facing websites and marketing campaigns.

Project Manager
The Project Manager manages key projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of the project, coordinating with the key stakeholders. The Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize the progress, measure and report on the results of the project.

Business Development Manager
The OfficeZilla Business Development Manager is responsible for the prospecting, recruiting and signing of qualified office products business owners as new OfficeZilla affiliates, referred to internally as “Dealers”. This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding new Service Fee Revenue goals throughout the US.  Goals are met by showing owners of independent office products dealerships the benefits and value of joining the OfficeZilla affiliate Community and participating in a successful on-board experience for new OfficeZilla Dealers.

The Account Coordinator offers guidance and workable solutions to support our business owners’ back office operations. The Account Coordinator assists owners with day-to-day financial transactions and process support.

Relationship Manager
The Relationship Manager serves as a trusted business advisor to AIA Franchise Owners and Sales Affiliates (referred to as “Owners” hereafter) and is ultimately responsible for ensuring their sales growth and profitability. The Relationship Manager brings B2B sales experience, strong business acumen, diverse professional background and entrepreneurial expertise to our Owners within a designated geographic region. The Relationship Manager is a key corporate liaison, supporting the AIA Owner in attaining their business goals. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with Owners is instrumental to accelerate their business growth. Success is defined within this role as effectively growing net service fee revenue, Owner retention, increasing Owner utilization of MVP suppliers, loyalty through retention, and ultimately the expansion of AIA’s footprint.
