Marketing Communication Coordinator

The Marketing Communications Coordinator manages all AIA and Distributor | Dealer related email marketing automation including development in creative, A/B testing criteria and reporting, third party email management (creative agencies, ASI), and web integrations with Experience AIA Marketing Program and all other cloud based software AIA owns and manages.  This role also has responsibility for development (including creative writing and design). In addition, this position includes assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

This role will manage and develop AIA’s Digital Marketing program, including adding and training new users, maintaining AIA’s licenses, executing email marketing campaigns via AIA’s Marketing program for new account acquisitions and current accounts and maintain ongoing enhancements to the  AIA Marketing program.

Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for the prospecting, recruiting and signing of qualified promotional product businesses as new AIA affiliates, referred to internally as “Owners.” This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding new Net Service Fee Revenue goals within a defined territory.  Goals are met by developing new prospects, cultivating existing Owner prospects, and participating in a successful on-board experience for new AIA Owners.

Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative  is responsible for the prospecting of qualified promotional product businesses to become new AIA affiliates, referred to internally as “Owners.”  Goals are met by developing and cultivating an organized pipeline of qualified prospects and by working closely with Account Executive team members to bring those prospects into the AIA community.

Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing develops and executes strategic digital and traditional marketing

initiatives to generate growth and increase visibility in the promotional and business products industries.

This function is responsible for leading all aspects of AIA’s marketing efforts including developing content, eMail marketing strategy and execution, all internal and external public relations, tradeshow and event management, management of AIA’s SalesForce and Pardot environments, management of third-party agencies and software implementation organizations, and general marketing ROI analytics and Google Analytics management for AIA Distributor websites, email and digital initiatives.

Support Technician

The Support Technician provides help desk support over a variety of software applications to AIA Franchise Owners and Sales Affiliates and internal staff. The Support Technician will be responsible for setting up users and computers, handling daily support requests from internal and external users as well as assist with larger Business Technology (BT) projects.

General Manager – OfficeZilla Brand

The General Manager (“GM”) of the OfficeZilla brand is a talented leader with significant operational and sales experience in the business products industry, specifically working with independent dealers.

The GM will be responsible for growing the number of OfficeZilla dealer affiliates, leading the day to day operations of the OfficeZilla brand, building and leveraging industry partnerships, increasing OfficeZilla brand awareness, and meeting the OfficeZilla brand’s financial objectives.  

The OfficeZilla Operations Manager and Service Delivery team will report directly to the GM while Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Accounting and Supplier Relations for the OfficeZilla brand will be provided by AIA’s shared services but will have a “dotted line” accountability to the GM.

The GM reports to the CEO and is a member of the AIA Leadership Team.

Collections Coordinator

The Collections Coordinator identifies non-compliant activity, minimizes financial exposure with risk to AIA and manages receivables to provide a consistent cash flow for AIA’s Franchise Owners and Sales Affiliates.

Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate will facilitate all of AIA’s accounts receivable daily functions. The position’s main responsibilities are to provide efficient and accurate processing of AR tasks, customer service, research and execution of journal entries with
attention to necessary detail and deadlines.
