Digital Graphic Designer
The Digital Graphic Designer provides artwork and graphic design services for all aspects of AIA’s marketing and branding initiatives including print and digital forms of visual communication. The position will be responsible for developing both the process (designing) by which the communication is created and the products (designs) which are generated for required output.

Business Development Manager
The OfficeZilla Business Development Manager is responsible for the prospecting, recruiting and signing of qualified office products business owners as new OfficeZilla affiliates, referred to internally as “Dealers”. This position is responsible for meeting or exceeding new Service Fee Revenue goals throughout the US.  Goals are met by showing owners of independent office products dealerships the benefits and value of joining the OfficeZilla affiliate Community and participating in a successful on-board experience for new OfficeZilla Dealers.

Supplier Relations Coordinator
The Supplier Relations Coordinator will support AIA by building and strengthening relationships between Suppliers and Distributors and Dealers. The Supplier Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing and responding to inquiries related to Supplier Relations, providing continuous communication between the two respective parties, maintaining accurate MVP supplier information and reporting as necessary.

Paralegal
The Paralegal is responsible for providing overall paralegal support for the Legal department to include, but not limited to the following areas of law: Business, Corporate, Collections, Franchisor/Franchisee law a plus, litigation and contract experience a requirement.

Business Technology Support Technician
The Support Technician provides help desk support over a variety of software applications to AIA Franchise Owners and Sales Affiliates and internal staff. The Support Technician will be responsible for setting up users and computers, handling daily support requests from internal and external users as well as assist with larger Business Technology (BT) projects.
